- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1/2 pound ground sausage browned and drained
- 1 small bell pepper diced
- 3/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
Preheat oven to 425°F and grease a 9x13-inch glass baking dish.
Whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, and salt in a large bowl until well combined.
Add sausage, diced bell pepper, and shredded cheddar cheese to the egg mixture and stir to evenly distribute.
