  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 pound ground sausage browned and drained
  • 1 small bell pepper diced
  • 3/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F and grease a 9x13-inch glass baking dish.
  • Whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, and salt in a large bowl until well combined.
  • Add sausage, diced bell pepper, and shredded cheddar cheese to the egg mixture and stir to evenly distribute.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 15 minutes at 425°F.
  • Reduce heat to 300°F and continue baking for an additional 30 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
  • Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
