Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs beef stew meat
  • 1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 packet dry Italian dressing mix
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • Water – Enough to cover the beef while it cooks
  • Cooked white rice for serving

Instructions
 

  • Prep the Beef: Place the beef stew meat in the slow cooker.
  • Add Seasonings: Sprinkle the dry ranch and Italian seasoning mixes over the beef.
  • Add Bouillon and Water: Drop in the beef bouillon cubes and pour in enough water to just cover the beef.
  • Cook: Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours, until the beef is tender.
  • Serve: Spoon the beef tips and sauce over a bed of cooked white rice. Enjoy!
